Assistant General Manager

Birmingham, AL | $75,000–$100,000 + Bonus & Benefits

A highly regarded, upscale restaurant in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team.

We’re looking for a polished, energetic hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, developing teams, and creating an exceptional guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong AGM or Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step with a successful restaurant group.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Upscale or fine dining experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong knowledge of elevated service standards
  • Solid food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge
  • Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop FOH teams
  • Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, cost controls, and restaurant operations
  • Excellent floor presence and guest-recovery skills
  • Professional, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality

Compensation & Benefits
