Requirements:
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the seating area and coordinate guest seating in an organized and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate waitlists and provide guests with estimated wait times.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus as needed.
- Answer guest questions and assist with basic requests regarding the restaurant, menu, and services.
- Communicate effectively with servers, management, and other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Monitor the dining area and assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly notify management when additional assistance is needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- On Your Feet: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift.
- Hearing Ability: Clear communication is key in a lively, bustling environment.
- Stamina & Energy: Bring enthusiasm and energy to keep the positive vibes going!
- Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must
