Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor – Night Shift
Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor to oversee dock operations and lead a team of 3–4 forklift drivers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, container-loading experience, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dock operations.
Direct and support a team of 3–4 forklift drivers.
Oversee container loading with close attention to detail.
Operate a forklift and perform driver duties when needed.
Follow and enforce all company safety and work procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
Report to work on time and ready to begin each shift.
Requirements:
Shipping and receiving experience with the ability to lead a team.
Forklift certification and container-loading experience.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
Excellent attitude and a dependable attendance record.
Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs when needed.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Petrochemical industry experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
