Job Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager to manage store refurbishment, remodel, relocation, and new store projects across multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Store Construction, Design, Procurement, and internal teams.
- Manage RFPs, vendor bids, proposals, and vendor selection.
- Oversee project execution, construction schedules, change orders, and closeout.
- Review construction documents, project photos, and progress.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to leadership.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of Project Management/Retail Construction experience.
- Experience managing multiple vendors/resources.
- Strong organizational, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Procore, Autodesk Forma, or similar tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
