Gregg Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is looking for a motivated HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our team! One day you might be installing a new furnace, and the next you could be servicing an existing system no two days are the same. You’ll interact with customers daily throughout our service areas, representing our company with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential HVAC installation and/or service
• Organized, efficient, and able to solve problems independently
• Professional, patient, and respectful communication with customers
• Must live within 15 miles of our location for on-call and service response times

• Commissions: 5% on technician sales and 3% on service work
• On-call rotation with 3 hours of OT pay for any call + time for parts
