AWS/CES is NOW HIRING: QUALITY INSPECTORS – ALL SHIFTS!

PAY: $14.50/HR
SHIFTS: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary to FT

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES/AWS) is currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. No previous quality inspection experience is required we are looking for reliable individuals who are ready to work and learn!

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect parts and products to ensure they meet required quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect parts and components for defects or damage
• Identify and separate nonconforming materials
• Perform visual quality checks throughout the shift
• Complete required inspection and production documentation
• Follow established quality and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous quality or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
