The position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

  • Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence
  • Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress and behavior interventions

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure consistency across environments
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Excellent teaching skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations in special education settings
  • Prior experience working within behavioral health or therapeutic environments is preferred
