Restaurant General Manager
Job Category: Full-Time |Direct Hire

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 DOE/Base + Benefits and Bonus opportunity

BBSI has partnered with a well-established and expanding Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead its high-volume Santa Ana location.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong restaurant operations experience who can successfully manage a 50+ person team, drive financial performance, develop employees, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations for a high-volume restaurant.
  • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop a team of 50+ employees.
  • Manage the restaurant P&L, labor costs, COGS, inventory, waste, and profitability.
  • Drive sales, operational performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, reporting, and performance management.
  • Build a positive, accountable culture and develop future leaders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Proven experience managing and developing large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L, labor, COGS, budgeting, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Stable work history with demonstrated operational success.
  • Experience with restaurant POS/management systems.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
