We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead sales, service, and daily operations for our Gen Pest branch in Tucson. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused leader who can build strong teams, drive business growth, and deliver operational and financial results.
What You'll Do:
- Lead branch operations, including sales, service, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction
- Manage branch P&L, expenses, revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive customer retention, portfolio growth, technician utilization, efficiency, and employee engagement
- Lead, coach, and develop branch management and field service teams
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop branch employees
- Partner with sales teams on business plans, forecasts, and new business development
- Oversee service delivery, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure company programs, initiatives, and business standards are effectively implemented
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct team meetings and employee performance reviews and administer corrective action as needed
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to achieve branch and company goals
- Travel to other branch and corporate locations as needed
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience managing a business portfolio with P&L responsibility and/or leading a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
- Strategic, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and throughout the organization
- Pest control, termite, and/or weed control experience and licensing is a plus
