Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon–Thu), 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Assembles electronic, mechanical, and electrical components using drawings, schematics, and process sheets. Performs wire termination, harness installation, soldering, crimping, and torque operations. Inspects assemblies to IPC-610 and J-STD standards. Works with engineering, quality, and production teams.
Requires:
High School Diploma, Trade School, or GED; 2 years’ related experience; computer literacy; attention to detail; microscope use; soldering/wiring/harness experience; ability to read technical drawings and schematics; knowledge of passive and active components. Must be able to lift, stand, bend, reach, and work in a team or independently.
Preferred:
1–3 years’ electronic mechanical assembly experience; advanced solder and assembly skills; ESD, material handling, and solder certifications; ability to become solder certified.
