Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a stable and growing St. Louis manufacturer. (First Shift position)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing production employees to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role manages daily production activities (including hiring and training), employee performance, and workflow scheduling while driving continuous improvement in processes, quality, and productivity.

The salary range is 80 to 90k depending upon experience and skills set.

The Production Supervisor collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support overall business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience supervising production or manufacturing teams (3 to 5 years+)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing/production processes, raw materials, quality, and safety standards
• Proven ability to lead, train, schedule, and manage employee performance
• Experience in lean manufacturing, 5Y, root cause analysis
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Experience with root cause analysis is required
