Restaurant Managers

Job description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our casual dining sports bar with a medium-sized team of 20-50 employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience through high guest interaction and hands-on management. You will oversee hospitality operations, quality control, and staff scheduling using our POS system while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all hospitality activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage front-of-house service personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs using POS system
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain high level of direct daily guest engagement

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or related fields; willingness to train exceptional candidates with strong hospitality traits
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience
• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
