About the Role: Kitchen Tune-Up Central and Northeastern Wisconsin is looking for an organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Appleton, WI! In this role, you'll be the coordinating and organized backbone of our kitchen remodeling operations keeping projects on track, customers happy, and our team running smoothly. Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule kitchen remodeling projects from initial sale through final installation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate with installers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and deliveries
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage project documentation including work orders, contracts, and change orders
- Order materials and monitor inventory to ensure timely availability for upcoming jobs
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, estimates, and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar project management tools
- Experience in home remodeling, construction, or a trade industry is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team
