Pay: We offer our Shift Leader a competitive hourly wage of $21.50 - $24.00.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR SHIFT LEADER:

This is a full-time position with varying shifts scheduled during business hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

YOUR ROLE AS A SHIFT LEADER:

In this role, you'll lead your team through daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. You'll coach team members in real time, assist with training, and support opening and closing procedures. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance, handling busy rushes, recognizing great work, and solving challenges, all while fostering a positive environment for both team members and guests.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 18+ years old
• 1+ years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, food service, or guest-facing experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Ability to lead by example and positively influence others
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and leadership potential
• Ability to support opening and closing operations independently
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Current Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire (company covers the cost)
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Previous experience as a Key Holder, Trainer, Shift Lead, or in another leadership role, along with the ability to quickly learn technology, coach operational changes, and effectively resolve guest concerns, is preferred.
