  • Manage independent sales representatives and channel partners to expand market coverage and business development efforts.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales activity reports, and opportunity tracking to ensure accurate forecasting and performance measurement.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of industrial manufacturing sales experience.
  • Proven success selling bearings, machined components, metal stampings, precision components, assemblies, or related industrial products.
  • Demonstrated track record of new business development, account growth, and revenue generation.
  • Experience selling to OEMs, industrial manufacturers, or distribution partners.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships with OEMs and industrial manufacturers throughout the Northeast or broader U.S. market.
  • Experience managing manufacturers' representatives or independent sales organizations.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and value-added manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience developing long-term strategic customer partnerships.
  • MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with precision machining, metal forming, and component manufacturing processes.
