Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Support daily production operations by maintaining efficient workflow and meeting output goals
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate service delivery
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in company systems using Acctivate, Oracle and Enterprise Systems.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:- Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a production-oriented role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
- Positive, team-first attitude with a commitment to delivering quality results
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
