Customer Service Retention Representative

Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite)

Pay: $17/hr + Monthly Performance Bonuses ($400–$450 average, top performers earn more)

Schedule: Flexible availability required between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST

Join a growing team supporting Frontier/Verizon customers in a fast-paced call center environment. This role combines customer service, retention, and sales, helping customers resolve service concerns while identifying opportunities to retain business and recommend additional products and services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Call center and/or sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, and retention conversations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a performance-driven environment
  • Flexible schedule and reliable attendance
