Plumber

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining restaurant, kitchen, bar and restroom plumbing needs

Essential Functions:

· Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift

· Must be capable of maintaining restaurant, kitchen and bar equipment.

· Have basic knowledge of:

o Work efficiently and safely with all hand and power tools.

o Establish an effective maintenance schedule on all restaurant, bar, and kitchen equipment.

o Instillation of new equipment

o Ensure reliability of back up equipment for emergencies.

o Work around electrical, water, and gas feed lines.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years or older

· High school diploma, GED or trade school equivalent required.

· Experience in basic plumbing, electrical and metal fabrication.

· Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

· Be organized, flexible and multitasked oriented and maintain a high level of confidence while working under deadline pressures.
