The Inspector Packer works at the end of a production line that manufactures plastic and foam cups, clamshell to-go containers, small condiment containers, and related food packaging. This role focuses on carefully inspecting finished products, accurately counting or weighing them, and packaging them according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a busy production facility where machinery runs continuously, creating a loud setting in which hearing protection is required. The area can be warm to hot due to the heat generated by the equipment, and there may be a slight plastic odor present. Team members must wear a hair net, ear plugs, and safety glasses at all times to maintain safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires standing for an entire shift, performing repetitive tasks at a table, lifting up to 2025 pounds frequently, and moving between multiple inspection and packaging stations. Manual pallet jacks are used to move skids and products within the production and staging areas, and employees work closely with others to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
