LRS Federal is seeking a qualifiedConstruction Managerto join our team inAnniston, AL. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be 18 month contract, starting on or around November 2, to help oversee the Rehabilitation of Civil Rights Related Structures in Anniston AL.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience
- Education / Alternate Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- OR a minimum of10 yearsof progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
- Years of Experience:Minimum of7 yearsof verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Track Record:Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating onat least three (3) projectsof similar size and complexity.
- Specialized Experience:Experience withhealthcare facilitiesor similarly regulated environments ispreferred.
