United Hebrew is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Building Services department to work as a key part of the team that ensures each visitor and resident has an enjoyable experience by making sure that the facility is well-maintained and operational
Full-time workers for the Maintenance department at Willow Towers receive Union 1199 full benefits package, including paid time off (vacation, sick, personal), health, dental, and vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan. Part-Time is benefit eligible.

Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Two or more years of proven experience as a maintenance worker, construction role or similar
- Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing skills (changing electrical outlets, identifying and changing fuses/ability to identify and change toilet flush and fill valve, flapper, lever and floor flange)
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus
