Non-CDL Driver - Lead Mover

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

As our Non-CDL Driver - Lead Mover, you start your day by reporting to a central location, meeting your crew, reviewing the plan, and getting the truck ready to roll; once on-site, you take the lead-driving the truck safely, guiding your team, assisting handson with the move, setting expectations with the customer, and ensuring every item is handled with care and professionalism. Throughout the day, you balance efficiency and quality, follow company procedures, problemsolve in real time, and act as the main point of contact for the client, all while modeling leadership and keeping your team motivated.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of moving experience
• Experience driving a 26' moving truck
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs)
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage
• Strong, professional leadership skills
• Punctual, reliable, and customerfocused

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Pay: $22 – $25 per hour, plus bonuses and tips
• Schedule: Full- or part-time shifts available every Monday through Saturday
