Customer Solutions Representative / Customer Service Spanish Bilingual Preferred

Hurst, TX 76053 | Onsite | $21.00/hour
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

MMC Group is seeking three Customer Solutions Representatives to assist job seekers at a workforce career center in Hurst. You’ll help customers navigate employment services, prepare for interviews, and connect with opportunities and resources that support their career goals.

We’re looking for approachable, organized people who enjoy helping others and can handle a busy customer-facing environment with patience and professionalism.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in person, by phone, or virtually to discuss employment goals.
  • Connect job seekers with suitable openings and employment resources.
  • Assist with resumes, applications, interview skills, and professional presentation.
  • Explain available educational opportunities and community services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and guide individuals through next steps.
  • Follow up with customers to support engagement and career center goals.
  • Work closely with team members and community partners.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and sound problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to learn multiple systems and service offerings.
  • Six months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge in workforce development, employment services, or career counseling is helpful.
  • English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required.

Position Details

  • Starting pay of $21.00 per hour.
  • Full-time weekday schedule.
  • Onsite office environment in Hurst.
  • Occasional driving, travel, and schedule flexibility may be needed.
  • Duties may include occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to support essential job functions.
