Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working as an SLP within elementary school settings preferred
- Skilled in individualized education plan (IEP) development, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Comfortable delivering speech therapy both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and able to manage a dynamic caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students, interpreting results for effective planning
- Develop and carry out IEPs tailored to each child's needs
- Provide direct therapy sessionsonsite or virtuallytargeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Document student progress and maintain all necessary records
