What You'll Be Doing
- Assist customers by phone or email
- Answer questions and provide information about services
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- 1-year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and problem solving-mindset
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (mobile apps, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma (required)
- Bilingual a plus
