Pay Rate
Local: $36 – $40/hour
Traveler: $38 – $42/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

Required Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire or Compact LPN License.

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility.

• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) charting software.

• Commitment to major holiday coverage during the 13-week contract.

• Reliability and ability to work an Every Other Weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and compassionate evening nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and clinical treatments and complete routine documentation.

• Maintain accurate resident medical records using PointClickCare (PCC).

• Monitor resident conditions, manage clinical changes, and provide clear shift handoffs.

• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain resident safety and quality care.
