Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are met
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
- Restaurant Operations
- Open and close the restaurant following established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- Assist with general upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant
- Process payments and close guest checks accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent guest service
- Must be able to work part-time hours as scheduled, including evenings and weekends
Schedule
