Project Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Riverton, WY area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a background in high end, luxurious residential construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

·5+ years of experience overseeing luxuryresidentialconstruction projects is PREFERED

·Proven ability to manageprojectbudgets for high-endresidential luxury homes is PREFERRED

·Bachelor’sdegree in (constructionmanagement, architecture, engineering, or related field) is A PLUS

·Solid understanding of constructioncontracts, buildingcodes, and modernbuildingpractices is PREFERRED

·Proficient with Procore, Sage100, and MicrosoftOffice is PREFERRED

·Familiarity with MSProject or comparable schedulingsoftware is PREFERRED
