As the Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing inventory and scheduling staff to providing top-notch customer service, you'll wear many hats in this dynamic role. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and motivating your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your leadership will help our Arlington continue to be a trusted and valued part of the community.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, ideally in retail or a similar customer-facing environment. Key skills and qualities include:
