Inventory Specialist

Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist.

• An Inventory Specialist's responsibilities include tracking PAC assets using physical inspection, bar code scanning, and asset management software.

• You will also identify any discrepancies and resolve issues as they are identified.

• Ultimately, you will be responsible for tracking all PAC assets to ensure those assets can be accounted for during PAC's stocking, construction and maintenance processes.

• Inventorying assets in PAC's storerooms and warehouses while coordinating those tasks with PAC's material handler, coordinator and Warehouse personnel

• Managing Inventory in PAC's Asset Management systems (PASTE, Cascade, WAM and SAP)

• Evaluating and managing equipment rotation and stocking procedures

• Maintaining inventory storage space in PAC's storerooms and working with warehouse personal to do the same for warehouse space

• Training others in stocking procedures and product tracking methods

• Communicating with management about inventory issues

• Working with management if products are missing or damaged within a shipment

• Working with management on product returns

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software

• Able to work weekends, afterhours on overtime on occasion and as needed

• Schedule: M-F 5:30 am - 2 pm
