Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to support business development efforts and maintain relationships with lending institutions and related partners.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines account management, client relationship building, and business development experience with knowledge of insurance, lending operations, and title-related processes.

Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance

Work Schedule: 1st Shift

Compensation: $55k annually + bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Track customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and account activity tracking.
  • Coordinate activities related to lending insurance and title-related services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions and industry partners.
  • Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage existing client accounts while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships that contribute to business growth.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience working directly with lending institutions.
  • Knowledge of lending insurance products and processes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
  • Experience supporting title-related transactions or documentation.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within insurance, lending, financial services, or a related industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Additional insurance industry experience.
  • Business development or sales experience.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
  • Commercial real estate, mortgage, title, or financial services background.
