Qualification:

High School Diploma

Or GED and 3 years' experience in a social services related field position

Or Bachelor's Degree in a social services related field

Or 1 year at the lower level position equivalent

Assigned duties include:

provides life, coping, health, and wellness skills teaching to youth ages 16-26 years of age with a mental health disorder, establishes rapport and interact with family members, co-facilitates and/or monitors peer-led groups, provides collaborative documentation, acts as a liaison between agency and contracted, assists with attending interagency meeting, participate in youth staffings
