Requirements:
- Degree – High School Diploma
- Knowledge of GMP environment
- Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.
- Receive incoming shipments of non GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.
- Dispense GMP materials to support production operations.
- Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.
- Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.
- Cross train in additional areas of the warehouse operations.
- Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures
- Ensure individual employee training is up to date.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and keep warehouse operations clean and inspection ready.
- Complete in-house forklift certification.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Duties may be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
