Qua Pizza is looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our Manasquan team. We specialize in Italian dishes and take pride in serving food with care, consistency, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, stays organized during busy services, and takes pride in preparing every dish to our standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes, including pastas, cutlets, and other menu items.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to keep orders accurate and moving on time.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook experience; experience with Italian cuisine preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
