Core Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment.
- Move materials to keep production and warehouse operations flowing.
- Perform basic quality checks; follow written work instructions.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace.
- Work as a team to hit daily safety, quality, and production targets.
Must-Haves
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed first-shift schedule.
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to learn and consistently follow safety and quality procedures.
- Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is a plusbut not required.
- No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.
