Store Manager Part -Time

BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hands-on Part-Time Store Manager to help lead our Austell location.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and knows how to create a great experience for both customers and team members. This is a hands-on management positionyou’ll lead the team while also jumping in to take orders, prepare smoothies and juices, assist customers, clean, restock, and do whatever is needed to keep the store running smoothly.

• Lead and supervise team members during scheduled shifts
• Provide friendly, exceptional customer service
• Ensure smoothies, juices, bowls, and other menu items meet BLENDED quality standards
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and accountable work environment
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking and ordering needs
• Handle cash, register, and daily transaction procedures accurately
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed
• Help minimize product waste and control costs
• Communicate staffing, inventory, maintenance, and operational issues to ownership
• Step in wherever needed to keep the store operating efficiently

• Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality experience
• Previous leadership, shift lead, or management experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
• Comfortable providing direction and holding team members accountable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a shift
• Reliable transportation to our Austell location
• Flexible availability, including some weekends
• Interest in health, wellness, smoothies, or fitness is a plus

Pay: $17–$20/hour, based on experience
