Pay Rate
Local: $36 – $40/hour
Traveler: $38 – $42/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current Nebraska or Compact LPN License.

• Proven reliability, compassion, and flexibility with scheduling.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-ratio environment.

• Must attend mandatory first-day orientation at 8:45 AM, regardless of regular shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents.

• Manage daily floor operations, medication administration, and treatments.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and shift handoff reporting.

• Maintain flexibility for short-notice shifts or schedule adjustments.

• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure resident safety and quality care.
