Business Development Associate - Entry Level

GEM is seeking motivated Business Development Associates to support our growing outreach and marketing campaigns.

This position is designed for candidates who want to learn the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, business development, communications, and leadership while gaining hands-on professional experience.

Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll gain exposure to:

• Represent GEM and its clients professionally
• Engage with customers and community members
• Assist with outreach and marketing campaigns
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication
• Support event and promotional activities
• Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
• Work toward individual and team objectives
• Participate in professional training and coaching
• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign execution
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

You do not need previous marketing or business development experience.
