Job summary:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to support cGMP manufacturing operations for viral vector products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing activities according to SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements.
- Support cell culture, transfection, viral vector harvest, formulation, and filling operations.
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures and operate single-use bioreactor systems.
- Perform raw material weighing and inventory transactions using MES/EBS.
- Follow aseptic techniques, safety procedures, and good documentation practices.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing records and assist with SOP/MPR updates.
- Identify and escalate process or equipment issues.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and MSAT teams.
- May be required to work occasional weekends or off-shift hours.
Qualifications:
- Experience in GMP/cGMP manufacturing, biotechnology, cell culture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
