Consultation and Client Education
Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
Analyze skin conditions and concerns
Develop customized treatment plans
Recommend home care products and routines
Educate clients on treatment expectations and long-term care
Guest Experience Responsibilities
Provide a warm and professional guest experience
Build strong relationships with guests
Encourage repeat visits and long-term skincare programs
Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during treatments
Operational Responsibilities
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
Assist with laundry and treatment room preparation
Maintain treatment suite inventory
Complete daily cleaning and sanitation checklists
Follow all state, local, OSHA, and safety regulations
