Terra Stoneworks is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential stone and countertop projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating multiple projects while working closely with estimating, production, scheduling, and installation teams.

You’ll serve as the key point of contact throughout the project, making sure expectations are clear, details are accurate, timelines stay on track, and customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Compensation & Benefits

On-Target Earnings: $110,000+

Compensation:

$100,000+ On Target Earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are clear.
  • Coordinate with estimating, production, and installation teams to maintain seamless project flow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to keep everything on track and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure everyone is informed and working towards common goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal teams, highlighting key milestones and achievements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing construction projects, particularly in residential stone and countertop installations.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ability to facilitate productive team meetings, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
