Assistant Program Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and dependable Assistant Program Supervisor to join our residential team supporting adults with developmental disabilities at our Florham Park location.

This is a working leadership position. The Assistant Supervisor is an active member of the direct care staff and provides hand-on support to the individuals we serve while taking on additional responsibilities to assist the Program Supervisor with the daily operation of the home.

Responsibilites:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Assist individuals with meals, appointments, activities, and community outings
• Complete daily required documentation and daily records
• Assist the Program Supervisor with the day-to-day operation of the residence
• Help ensure staff communications and shift coordination
• Monitor the home and communicate concerns or changes to the Program Supervisor
• Provide guidance and support to staff during the shift

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required and previous leadership experience is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license with an excellent driver history.
