Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer to join a collaborative team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio and help build modern web-based solutions with meaningful business impact. This position centers on creating and enhancing a cloud-driven financial management platform while contributing across both user-facing and server-side components. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, values teamwork, and wants to play an active role in shaping future product capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and reliability.

• Develop front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver responsive and intuitive user experiences.

• Create and support back-end services and application logic using C# and ASP.NET technologies.

• Partner with cross-functional team members to define requirements, refine technical approaches, and deliver scalable solutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of a cloud-based financial software suite by adding new functionality and improving existing components.

• Write and optimize database interactions, including data models and queries, within Microsoft SQL environments.

• Participate in architecture discussions and provide input that influences the direction of current and future products.

• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure stable releases and high-quality software delivery.

• At least 3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and C# in application development environments.
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET and the .NET Framework for building web-based solutions.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and experience using Angular or React for front-end development.
• Experience with Entity Framework for data access and object-relational mapping.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL, including writing queries and working with relational databases.
• Ability to work across both front-end and back-end layers of an application.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team-oriented environment.
