Job Title: Assembler

Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Bristol, RI area
Duration: Temporary assignment through January 2027, with potential to extend based on business needs
Shift: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support finishing and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for completing post-production activities on molded components, ensuring finished products meet quality and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform finishing and packaging tasks on molded components.
  • Trim and deburr parts to meet established quality standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Package completed products according to established procedures.
  • Prepare finished materials for inventory storage and shipment.
  • Complete production records and other required documentation accurately.
  • Follow written work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Use basic measuring instruments and inspection tools as required.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Meet established production and quality expectations.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, finishing, packaging, or injection molding is preferred.
  • Experience performing visual inspections or quality checks is preferred.
  • Experience using measuring instruments or inspection tools is a plus.
