Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
The CNC Machinist sets up, operates, and troubleshoots CNC machining centers to manufacture custom electrical insulation and engineered material components. This role works from blueprints and work order instructions to produce precision parts that consistently meet strict quality and tolerance requirements.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift role, typically running from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They have 3rd shift as well running from 11:00pm to 7:00am. The work environment is similar to most shop settings, not climate controlled and subject to outdoor weather conditions. Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that can be distracting, and should be comfortable working in an active, production-focused facility.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
