Production Associate

Position Summary

The Cannabis Production Associate supports daily production operations by assisting with the processing, packaging, and preparation of cannabis products in a compliant, efficient, and detail-oriented manner. This role is hands-on and ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with cannabis production tasks such as trimming, weighing, packaging, labeling, and pre-roll production
  • Follow all state regulations, company SOPs, and compliance standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
  • Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and inventory tracking
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency and accuracy
  • Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling procedures
  • Support additional production tasks as needed based on operational demand
Qualifications
  • MUST have valid OLCC Marijuana permit
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Previous cannabis production experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strict compliance requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs, depending on role requirements
