About the Role:
GardenKeep is looking for a motivated and hardworking Landscape Team Member to join our crew in Northborough, MA! Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape features
- Apply mulch, soil, and other ground cover materials as directed
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Follow job site instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from company vehicles
- Communicate professionally with team leads and clients on job sites
Requirements:
- Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
