60+ Hours of Onboarding + Ongoing Clinical Support: Monthly continuing education units (CEUs), an annual research conference, and weekly Clinical Development office hours.

CASP Provider Access: 75+ approved CEU courses.
No contracts, no non-competes - employment is fully at-will. We don’t require contracts because we value flexibility and trust.
Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
