Host Hostesses

We are seeking a Host or Hostess to welcome guests and support smooth front-of-house operations in a casual, high-volume restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, or Shift Supervisor, this role helps create a positive first impression while coordinating guest flow and dining room communication. Opportunities include progression to server and cross-training across front-of-house roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
• Assign tables based on guest needs and restaurant flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information.
• Communicate effectively with dining room and front-of-house teams.
• Distribute menus and prepare guests for their dining experience.
• Monitor and manage guest flow in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in restaurant hosting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
