Loco Boys Brewing Company is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team!

We’re a locally owned, independent brewery and scratch Mexican kitchen in Traverse City, looking for someone who is motivated, punctual, and brings a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Cleaning & occasional dishwashing
• Stock inventory

Qualifications:

• Cooking experience in a professional kitchen
• Positive attitude in fast paced work environment
• Flexible work availability
• Strong attention to detail
